The goal of this project was to establish a UX decision making framework for successfully evaluating the user experience for an Enterprise Portal. The deliverables included benchmarking the current experience and a step-by-step process and reusable assets for ongoing measurement.

I provided templates for demystifying the data that is produced and analysed throughout the study. The goal was to make this a repeatable process with repurposable templates.
